I had a great experience at Alex Automotive. I took my Mercedes GLC 300 in for an oil change and I also received a complementary inspection. Matthew was so welcoming and provided excellent customer service. He even came out to help me figure out some of the features of my car. I've taken my husband's Mercedes there prior to purchasing my own. Great service and great prices compared to the dealership! I will definitely be back! Thanks again!

Initially called and was able to speak with Alex directly to coordinate exact details for my service. He was extremely accommodating and scheduling appointment time via the website was a breeze. Matthew took care of me the day of and he was absolutely phenomenal. Everyone went above and beyond, and as long as I have this AMG I plan to utilize their services.
