Did a great job on my brakes. Pretty pricey, but I guess anything Benz is pricey. They did help buff out some paint damage free of charge though, happy with the service!

Alex Automotive is a fantastic place to bring your MB. They use a nifty text communication system and then back up that convenience with upfront honest assessments of your vehicle. This is very hard to find in auto servicing!! They earned my future business. Great job!!!

I called Alex Automotive and made an appointment to have my vehicle repaired. A few hours later he received a call from Jamie explaining my issues. I was given a written and detailed estimate with h pictures and video. I was advised that there was an open recall and that I need to take the car to a Mercedes dealer. Jamey and the mechanic were helpful, friendly and professional. I will definitely be back for service again in the future.

Mike was the Absolute Best Great Customer Service , Patient Knows and Educate You on Ur Vehicle and Handled Everything in a Calm Professional Manner when Insurance didn't wanna Cover he had to help them out on Coverage I GREATLY APPRECIATE YOU! The Other Staff had great attitude and Customer service also when Mike was unavailable..
