Great customer service. Rear seat was jammed, folded down, on my GL450, while on my trip through the area. Drove in and asked if they could help. Fixed it immediately as a courteousy. Recommended a long term fix for which I will surely schedule and return. In and out in 15 mins. Mike was great.
