I previously left a 1 star review. There was a terrible misunderstanding. However after speaking with Alex the owner I’m more than satisfied with the services and level of professionalism that was displayed. I’ve been a client of his for 3 years and I’ll continue to come to Alex Automotive. Simply the best thank you Alex.

We have used Alex Automotive for our last 2 Mercedes. They are knowledgeable and don’t sell you anything you don’t need. It is the only place I would bring a Mercedes. We have been given bad advice from Dealerships in the past, so we won’t even go back there.

I had a great experience with Alex Automotive all because of Matthew. Matthew is very professional, knowledgeable, and delivers excellent customer service. I had to bring my BMW 540i there for some work starting in June. I also went there in August and October for related issues. Different parts were replaced on my coolant system. Each time, I was updated on the progress of my vehicle. They also recommended something else that they saw a code for on my car. They did that work as well. I appreciate the honest feedback. Having car repairs can always be stressful. Thanks Matthew for making this process a smooth one. I received my car back within 2 days. Which is fast turnaround.

Took my car to Alex and would highly recommend them . Very professional and knowledgeable about the issue my car had. Car is running great and will be back for service in the future.
