Been dealing with Alex for years now. Starting using him at first and after a couple of years I switched to what I thought was a reputable service facility that was closer to home. Experience didn't turn out so good as they seemed to always find something else wrong to recommend I repair. I'm back at Alex Automotive now who has never steered me wrong. Alex is very knowledgeable with servicing automobiles and tries to suggest only those services needed. He is honest and dependable. I get my Benz and Porsche serviced here and feel confiident in relying upon this shop's expertist in servicing my vehicles. I'd stronly recommend this facility to anyone needing car service.

This is the only place I let work on my car. They have done all types of work for me from replacing coils to oil changes.

The service is top notch! When you take your vehicle there you do not have to worry about the issue not being resolved. The owner is friendly and very knowledgeable. I hate to sound cliche but it really feel like family LOL.

Works great for me. It was little more waiting time if you want to wait there. Otherwise good to go. Looks like they are not trying to ripped off and give you honest advise to go with your repair.

I had a great experience at Alex Automotive. I took my Mercedes GLC 300 in for an oil change and I also received a complementary inspection. Matthew was so welcoming and provided excellent customer service. He even came out to help me figure out some of the features of my car.
