I called Alex Automotive and made an appointment to have my vehicle repaired. A few hours later he received a call from Jamie explaining my issues. I was given a written and detailed estimate with h pictures and video. I was advised that there was an open recall and that I need to take the car to a Mercedes dealer. Jamey and the mechanic were helpful, friendly and professional. I will definitely be back for service again in the future.

Mike was the Absolute Best Great Customer Service , Patient Knows and Educate You on Ur Vehicle and Handled Everything in a Calm Professional Manner when Insurance didn't wanna Cover he had to help them out on Coverage I GREATLY APPRECIATE YOU! The Other Staff had great attitude and Customer service also when Mike was unavailable..

Very detailed with diagnostics and addressing the issues. The energy from the people I encountered was very positive, the service person did an excellent job at explaining the problem and the solution. Always a great experience when I take my cars there
