The staff was VERY friendly, courteous and helpful. ESPECIALLY Mike. From beginning to the time I picked up my car he was there to answer all my questions and assist me with the warranty company. He informed me of what was being done to my car prior to performing any services. He gave me prices to let me know what I had to pay out of pocket. When I picked up my car the receptionist was very friendly. When comparing prices with other Mercedes Benz auto mechanics the were very reasonable. I would DEFINITELY recommend them to family and friends.

Mike is amazing and he helped my with my BMW diesel 335D 2010 model. I recommend him 100%. He is honest, prompt, professional and knows what he's doing.

I have been looking online for a Porsche Boxster. After extensive research, I settled on the one that was for sale at Alex Automotive. Steve Rosenthal was an excellent and paramount professional sales person. He was honest, forthright, and extremely helpful. You know all the bad jokes about “used car salesmen” well, they are mostly earned. Steve however is truly the exception. He was even willing to pick me up at the airport when I flew in from Charlotte, NC. When I am ready to purchase my Porsche Cayenne, I will be giving Steve a call and making the trip back down to see him.
