Never used this shop before but because when I called, you all had worked with my warranty company with other customers, it seemed logical to let you all do the repairs. My warranty came back as expired which obviously isn’t the shops fault. When i was told one price for my repairs which I wasn’t expecting to have to pay on one day, and then after I spoke to someone the following day to discuss pick up day/time, the price had increased by 200 dollars. The gentleman told me it was a glitch of some sort in the computer system that didn’t add on a few things but it was unexpected non the less. I’m a reasonable guy, I also understand mistakes happen but a 200 dollar misquote on a large bill I wasn’t expecting to pay to begin with didn’t set super well with me. Again, the warranty expiration wasn’t the shops fault at all and everyone treated me nice and repairs were done quickly.

Great job! I am new and will be using this service center in the future for maintenances
