As always.... a job well done! From the time I get there until the time I leave.... I am always greeted ..... acknowledged.... Checked on and made to feel comfortable by every employee I come in contact with. Great customer service and professional skills. Any time I have a question or concern it is always addressed and explained well. And everybody seems to "like" their job...... which speaks volumes. Have also noticed the interaction between the staff and employees is awesome as I have never seen any kind of conflict... exchange of negative words or anything. They seem to truly care about one another and the customers as well. Great job Alex Automotive!
