My experience on my last visit with Alex Automotive, as always, was exceptional. A repair that I thought was going to be at least nine hundred dollars turned out to be just a small fraction of that. Renee's communication and customer service skills are something you won't find at many other service shops. If Renee can't completely help you over the phone she will put you with someone who can. My mercedes was fixed within one day and ready for pick up the next. I don't believe I would have received that sort of honesty and fast service anywhere else. I am of the opinion that the team at Alex Automotive is thorough and their prices seem fair. I've been using their services for a year now, and each encounter has been a positive one. Usually my car has been washed before being returned to me. So, I was a bit disappointed that when I picked it up this time, it was covered in a thick layer of pollen. It was so clean when I dropped it off that the guy actually commented about how clean it was. Well, not so much when I picked it up. LOL!! I won't allow one small infraction to deter me from going back though. Alex Automotive is still great in my book.
