I really appreciate the fact that you didn't start repairs without having a complete and correct diagnosis of the problem. You could have just started replacing parts hoping for a fix, but didn't. I value the integrity of everyone at Alex Automotive.

The work performed over the course of ownership my Alex Automotive has been excellent. Not only has the work been done as agreed on, Additional work has been completed at no charge. The staff is always hospitable and willing to help.

My experience at Alex Automotive was awesome! They had great customer service and my car was well taken care of! While my car was getting serviced, i waited in the receptionist area, where they had a TV and complementary coffee and water. I was able to relax and enjoy myself while I waited for my car. The lady at the front desk was very nice. After my car was finished, they took the time to explain to me everything they did and what needed to be repaired on my car. I was also able to get a complementary car wash! Alex Automotive will definitely see me again! oh yea, they also have free WiFi!

Talking about mechanic shop, i believe that Alex automative is the place....the good thing, over there this not just about money it is about service, they want you to be satisfied and speaking of that I am very pleased with the way that Alex took care of my 2009 E550. He is fair and best of all the washed my car before handing it back to me.

You all are the best with reasonable prices and quotes! Very friendly staff as well.

All was good, thanks for explaining exactly what was wrong and might happen. My annoying brake light out will come on and go off so there is a short there somewhere...maybe next time I wil have those changed...
