The repairs that were made were excellent. However, I called several days before I picked up my car and asked that you all fix my cup holder in the console area of my car. I am a realtor, and my car is an important part of my business. With Alex Automotive in charge of servicing my car, I don't worry about car problems. The service people at Alex Automotive keep me aware of any current problems as well as wear and tear items that will require future repairs; so that I can have them taken care of before they inconvenience me. For just one example, one Friday afternoon when I had left town for a weekend getaway, I discovered I could not open the trunk of my car. My luggage and the luggage of my travelling companions was locked in the trunk. That could have ruined the weekend. But I called Alex Automotive and asked what I should do. Though it was around 6 pm on a Friday afternoon, Alex answered the phone; he was still at the shop. I explained my problem. Alex calmly walked me through the emergency procedure for unlocking the trunk. I was so happy. Alex had saved our weekend. Alex lends me a car to drive when my car is being serviced; so that, I am not without transportation, a vital part of my real estate business.
