I rate Alex Automotive as a five star shop. I recently took my 1994 C-280 sedan in for a check-up because I needed to loan the vehicle to my daughter until her family could purchase a vehicle. It turned out that there was a number of additional items that needed attention and I had promised a delivery date that now might not be met. Alex and his team insisted that they could meet the previous promised date. I was able to deliver the car to my daughter as promised.

I have purchased 4 Mercedes from Alex over a few years. Each transaction was fair and I expect to be back again. One of the reasons is the service my family and I have received. On a number of occasions my wife or son went to the shop. Each time they were treated nice and respectfully, never a bad experience. I highly recommend Alex and his people.
