I received great service from Alex Automotive. My car was at the Mercedes Benz dealer who diagnosed my problem for $165 and would fix it. I told Bryan the part that I needed and they were able to fix it that day for much less than the dealership was charging me. I was able to reach Bryan easily and was not in a room with 40 other people waiting for their car. This was a stress free experience.

As usual, stellar service experience with Alex Automotive. I have been a customer of theirs for over 20 years, and have received great service each and every time I've brought my car in. I will not take my Mercedes any other place, even though I have to drive 2 hrs to get there.
