We brought our 2006 ML350 to Alex Automotive. Mike the service advisor was very professional and detailed the scope of work needed. They made the repair and returned our SUV back to us. What really separates and stands out was the customer service we received from them. I will definately use them in the future and highly recommend them.

Your recommendations on the bill was tires and alignment ... my tires are new <5000 miles and alignment was done. Filter recommended were just replaced by me. You should check computer and not recommend things NOT needed. Service is always GREAT.

Since then I've brought my car to the shop only twice, but on both occasions you were very help and willing to provide certain basic checks for little or no cost. Scheduled an A service for my SLK. Walked in asked about syncing my phone to my car, Mike says “I”love do and in 3minutes fixes my connection. At pick up time, Brian tells me I need new rear tires and suggestions shopping for warranty and gives me a quick lesson on the difference between 3/32 tread and 2/32. That tells me I have time to shop tires before I’m in danger. Where else can you get this kind of personal customer service?
