I have been looking for a new shop for servicing my Mercedes since moving to the area. My old mechanic is very far away over the past yr I have not been happy with the service. I hate going to dealerships for service and always feel ripped off. From the time i walked in the door at Alex's o didn't feel like I was in a service center. Mike was very cordial and listened to my concerns. I made an appt for that Monday and was VERY satisfied with the work and the overall service I received. My car was also spotless!! They are definitely my new Service center.

I worked at Alex Auto for more than a year and the service they provide is amongst ,if not the best! Very upstanding and honest people !I even recommended family to purchase vehicles there as well as send relatives there for any services needed STILL ! Shop foreman Billy is the most experienced and qualified tech I’ve met and Alex (owner) will take care of you. Not to mention the breathe of fresh air Brent provides up front in sales. Being an X car salesman for years and experiencing the dishonesty first hand from many different dealerships its refreshing to know there is a car salesman u CAN trust!! Car dealership do not enjoy the best of reputations and their serrvice deepartments oft times seem dark holes where customers spend big bucks, but never really understanding why... that said, I've now bought five cars from Alex Motors and have had all five serviced by Alex, Brian and crew. I am what is euphemistically described as a "discerning customer," and I have nothing but good things to say about Alex Motors: Honesty, integrity and quality - and all at a fair price.

Mike was fantastic. He explained the repairs needed and costs thoroughly. I’ve always taken my Mercedes to the dealer for repairs; no more. You can’t beat their workmanship, price and warranty. Alex Automotive is now my one stop shop!

Concern with dash light messages required discussions with Brian who suggested the vehicle needed to come in for evaluation. An accurate opinion was quickly developed and though it would seem that a long time process would be required for repairs. However, Brian and his crew came through and delivered the shining repaired car the next afternoon!

They all are great at what they do,,always satisfied.no complaints.

Great company. I continue to be impressed with the service I receive. Extra care and attention to detail is unlike other service shops I have used in the past. This has been consistent from small repairs I have had done to major engine rebuilds! They really care about their customers!
