Alex Automotive was the perfect place to bring my Mercedes. From the beginning when I initially called they expressed genuine concern for my issue. All my electrical systems were going haywire from what I thought was water getting into the car from the sunroof and low and behold I was right. The guys in service called me back after they assessed the problem and gave me a detailed explanation on the plan of attack. Everything was done professionally and very quickly. Overall this is the only place you should bring your Mercedes for service. I will definitely be going back in the future for all my Mercedes needs.
