We are new to the area and needed a place to service our '86 560SL. Decided to try Alex. We will remain here. Staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable of these cars. The needs and work were explained in great detail and the results are fantastic. They took the time to source the issue, not just throw parts at it. This is truly appreciated. From the first contact with CSRs Renee and Mike, Alex Auto., its technicians and reps. were professional, upbeat and thorough. They gave me realistic estimates, and careful texted me to get my explicit approval for each and every needed repair. And here is the best part--they listened to what I wanted, and did not try and sell me unneeded repairs and other services. They knew how to repair the problem without replacing whole expensive units--the usual practice at most M-B shops.They even found a way to come in under the estimated cost of repair--much appreciated! And the car runs great with better gas mileage since then. JVD
